1. Access and Payment Terms

Access to content (Solutions, study notes and Comics) on QuesVerse requires payment. After completing the payment, you can access the purchased content directly in your quesverse account page on the QuesVerse website.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made for access to content are final. We do not provide any refunds. For detailed information about payment and refunds, refer to Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Renewal of Access

Each product purchased on the QuesVerse website is valid for six months (180 days) from the date of purchase, after which renewal is required to continue accessing the content. Renewal must be done manually every six months, and fees may vary. Each PDF file link sent via email after purchase can be clicked up to 100 times only; once this limit is reached or the validity period expires, users must repurchase the product to regain access.

Once a comic is purchased on the QuesVerse website, access is granted for lifetime with no renewal required. However, the download link email is sent only once at the time of purchase and cannot be resent or restored if lost. It is the buyer’s responsibility to securely save the email and download the comic.

4. Product Specifications

QuesVerse does not guarantee that solutions for both Part-A and Part-B will be available for every question paper. For some papers, only Part-A solutions may be provided, while for others, both Part-A and Part-B may be included. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully review the product description before purchase, as the availability of answers is clearly specified there. For numerical questions, not all problems may be solved; where provided, only the final answer will be included, and step-by-step solutions will not be offered. For questions requiring diagrams, diagrams may be included; however, QuesVerse does not take responsibility for their accuracy or correctness. QuesVerse will not be held liable for any misunderstanding caused by the buyer or student due to misreading, overlooking, or ignoring product details. QuesVerse only provides answers for the question papers available on Quesverse website. We do not offer answers for papers that are not listed on Quesverse site.

Buyers are responsible for securely storing and safeguarding their purchased files after download. QuesVerse is not liable for any loss, damage, or deletion of files once delivered. The content of QuesVerse Comics is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only, and any unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from QuesVerse.

6. Intellectual Property

All QuesVerse content, including answers, comics and study notes, is protected by copyright laws and is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or modification is prohibited and will be treated as a violation of copyright law. Any attempt to bypass restrictions (e.g., sharing, reselling, or reposting content) will result in account suspension without refund and legal consequences.

7. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. QuesVerse is not liable for any unauthorized access to accounts due to negligence in keeping login credentials secure.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Since QuesVerse provides only digital content, access is granted instantly upon successful payment. For more details, refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the QuesVerse website will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Content Exclusivity

QuesVerse provides answers and study notes specific to the question papers and subjects listed on our website. These materials may not always match different versions of the same paper or subject. Users should refer only to the corresponding pages on our website for accurate content.

11. Content Updates and Revisions

QuesVerse may update or revise answers and study materials from time to time to improve accuracy and relevance.
Users who have purchased content will continue to have access to the latest version unless stated otherwise.
QuesVerse is not responsible for discrepancies if an updated version of the content differs from previous versions.

12. Limitations of Liability

While QuesVerse strives to provide accurate and helpful content, we do not guarantee:

That all answers or study materials will be 100% error-free.
That using QuesVerse content will guarantee exam success or specific results.
That content will meet the exact requirements of a specific syllabus, institution, or examination board.

QuesVerse is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of using our content, including but not limited to exam outcomes, academic performance, or decisions based on the content provided.

13. Technical Issues and Access Interruptions

QuesVerse aims to ensure uninterrupted access to purchased content. However, we are not responsible for technical failures, server downtime, or other disruptions that may temporarily prevent access. Users must ensure they have a stable internet connection and compatible devices to access content.

14. User Conduct and Fair Usage

Users must adhere to ethical guidelines while using QuesVerse services. Any misuse, such as:

Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
Using automated bots to extract content.
Engaging in activities that harm the reputation of QuesVerse.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

16. Modification of Terms and Conditions

QuesVerse reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the Terms and Conditions periodically.

17. Free Updates for Purchased Answer Packs

When you purchase an answer pack for a subject, you will receive free access to any future updates made to that pack. For example, if new question papers for that subject (e.g., from recent years) are added later, their answers will also be included in the same pack without any extra charge. This applies only to updates within the same subject and pack that was originally purchased and within It’s deadline (i.e. 6 Month).

18. Product Delivery

All QuesVerse products are delivered exclusively via email.
After successful payment, buyers will receive the product download links or files through the email address provided during purchase.
The email is sent only once, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the email address entered is correct and accessible.
QuesVerse is not responsible for lost or deleted emails after delivery.
